THE CLIENT

The clients for this project were Richie and Jade, heirs to the Hanuman Beverages Group, in collaboration with their wedding planner, Bliss Wedding Planner.

Our client approached us with the desire for a wedding invitation that would harmonize with the opulence of the upcoming event. The central theme was inspired by the Versailles Palace, influencing both the design of the invitation and the overall event decor. Beyond conveying essential details such as timings, dates, and itineraries for each event, the invitations were envisioned to serve as more than just informative tools. They were crafted to be exquisite keepsakes, a stunning gift that would captivate, motivate, and astonish guests upon receipt, destined to be cherished for years to come.

The Creative Journey

As customary, our designers initiated the creative journey by engaging in a dialogue with the client to understand their aspirations for the final product. Subsequently, they held internal discussions, exploring ways to devise a solution that was both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Spanning a period of three months, this project reached fruition through meticulous attention to intricate details and dedicated craftsmanship. We take pride in highlighting this creation as one of our most exceptional achievements. While not the inaugural venture into innovation, this particular design serves as a milestone, marking the phase where our designers truly refined and sharpened their skills. It stands as the pivotal moment when Miidear elevated its craftsmanship to a new echelon of bespoke creation.

The Results

We strongly uphold the notion that the success of a project hinges on meticulous attention to detail. Every minuscule element warrants the highest level of consideration. It is crucial to maintain this focus, especially in the context of substantial projects. The final outcome of the wedding invitation suite and presentation box attests to the Miidear team’s exceptional proficiency in steering clear of oversight. From the intricacies of the lettering and monogram to the final delivery of the invitations, each facet of this invitation suite was crafted with meticulous care.

The exterior of the box features a design influenced by the ceiling of the Versailles Palace. It showcases a monogram of the soon-to-be-wedded couple’s first initials, crafted with gold foil and embossing, imparting a personalized and elegant touch.

Upon lifting the lid, recipients are immersed in more than just a wedding invitation suite; they encounter an entire experience. The first captivating element is a 3D pop-up featuring the couple within an enchanting secret garden imagined inside the Versailles Palace. Our team meticulously brought this scene to life, complete with a backdrop of a blue sky, clouds, and birds. The layers are intricately detailed and embossed, mimicking the realism of a fountain—a homage to the exquisite beauty achievable through print and paper. At the base, engraved text introduces the details of the wedding day.

The invitations transcend traditional printing; they are 3D pop-ups meticulously crafted by our special projects team, showcasing their exceptional skills, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail. Incorporating color print, foil stamping, and embossing, these handcrafted invitations boast a gloss detail selectively applied to accentuate specific intricate elements, offering a visually stunning presentation.

We firmly believe that this project is a remarkable statement, uniquely standing out due to its incredible outcome. Its beauty captivates when closed and reveals innovation and allure when opened—an ideal representation of the exceptional and creative projects within our capabilities here at Miidear.
